Will OMeR be updated again? With modern, high-resolution screens (and with my ageing eyesight), I find it very hard to see the pointer and icons in OMeR. The new versions of Harmony Assistant are a huge improvement in that respect; they scale properly with increasing screen resolution, but OMeR just gets smaller and smaller with higher res screens.
I like OMeR a lot; it's fantastic value for what it can do; but I'd use it a lot more if I didn't have to strain my eyes so much to see the icons in the program window.
That's a question you could ask the Myriad team via e-mail. I doubt whether OMeR will be updated : a few years ago, they launched some research on a different approach to music recognition (SanToMusic) but apparently they gave up -though the attempt was quite promising. However, the adapting to higher screen resolutions might not require much work from programmers. You never know...
