On the score I'm working with at the moment, I changed the key signature of the whole piece but the notes did not have accidentals added instead. Do I have to manually change each note?
(Melody Assistant 7.9.3e, 32-bits Windows 10)

When you change the global key signature, HA/MA will give you a choice (see the first dropdown list at the bottom of the "key change" window : it is labelled "Transposition". You probably chose "don't change notes graphical location" instead of the first option "No" (transposition). Try again, selecting the "No transposition" option and the accidentals will show up when necessary.
<Edit>By the way, when you want to transpose a whole score to another key, it's sometimes easier to do Score>Fast Transpose... and choose the amount you need.

Thanks! I guess I'd expected the default setting of "don't change the graphical location" to mean no transposition. So, it actually means not adding or removing any accidentals as well, which I hadn't expected. Yeah, I should have experimented with those settings before posting like a noob! Thanks again.
