Hello, I am getting error messages in different situations, specially when saving a file in new version 9.9.3c - 64 bit. First appear ... after 'OK' - program HA ends. Second is after opening the file again, appear 3-4-5 times (after 'OK'), when the file again is ready comes the Third message ... 'OK' and the program can work again (until the error repeat all 3 messages...)! Any other have experienced this?

Hello, I'm afraid it'll be hard for forum member to help you on this. Send the file and as many as information you can provide to olivier@myriad-online.com (OS version, HA 32 or 64...) If you have an old (pre-9.9.3) backup of your file, send it too, to see if something went wrong in last version in the file or outside of the file.

OK, I will send the files later today.... One question: File(s) now opened/edited/saved in 9.9.3c - are they compatible to open in earlier version 9.9.2d (did NOT use 9.9.2e)? - Just for being able to continue normal work!

| Beklager, nej BUT if you can sometimes get 993 to save, then change the Configuration > Save format to an earlier version. Unless you are using a new feature of a new release, it is always worthwhile to save in an older format. I also had memory problems with the 64-bit version, where Windows would close H.A. without warning. Try experimenting with Configuration > Digital output configuration to reduce computer memory usage. Held og lykke (du får brug for det)

Thanks for the advice. I can save in 9.9.3, and if I do save to old version 9.9.2(d) - is it then possible to use the file in this old version? I have not used any NEW features in 9.9.3.

Have sent the requested (by Sylvain) files to Olivier... I want to try continue working with old version 9.9.2 temporarily ... BUT trying to uninstall 9.9.3c from W10-Apps Systemsetup - I get an error - see pic! - Have also tried to use the file ...\Harmony Assistant\Uninstal\uninstal.exe ... gives the same error?

For manual installing you can try just remove/rename the folder C:\Program Files\Harmony Assistant, and reinstall. If it fails to run HA, you'll need to rename (not delete!) %APPDATA%\ACAMPREF first and then if it fails again Myriad Documents\Settings The ACAMPREF store all your setups, and I think the fact you registered to HA/VS. Starting with an empty ACAMPREF will ask you everything licence, setup. For a temporary usage it may be OK. Myriad docs\Settings contains your VS voices, your template, your accomp and rythms... maybe something is damaged here or a file is in 993 version. For those who have this memory issue, do you remember when it happen? what action you did just before? did your file used myrsynth? VS? digital tracks, or whatever "special" ?

Hello Sylvain, thanks for your reply. I managed to use this advice: Quote:For manual installing you can try just remove/rename the folder C:\Program Files\Harmony Assistant, and reinstall |
| - and worked perfect.
