METHOD 1 - (for Harmony Assistant or Melody Assistant):
Go to the menu (File > Print > Score). This brings up a print preview. Click on the "Options" button. And then un-tick the box "Justify groups on the page".
This will move the staffs at the end of your score to the top of the page. However, it will also unjustify all the other pages of the score, so you may want to adjust the red control handle at the top of the page until the staffs look okay to you.

METHOD 2 - (for Harmony Assistant only):
Make sure that you are in "Page mode" by going to menu (Score > Page mode).
Then go to menu (Score > Page mode setup...) and un-tick the item "Justify groups on the page".
Then go to menu (Score > Page mode setup...) and tick the item "Display control handles" so that you can make fine adjustments to the now unjustified score.

Cordialement Esmeralda Weatherwax.
A method that does not involve using the control handles is to print the last page separately, with group justification turned off for the last page. This can be accomplished from the Print preview menu by setting the page range before printing.
