Is it still possible to delete comments in a Galerie album? When I click "Manage visitor feedback" from the Publish menu. I get an error saying "Internal Server Error".
Is there anyway to remove unwanted comments. I used to be able to delete "spam" comments, but it's been years since I used the feature.
I have this same question. Put a site up years ago for a client, just got a notification of comments today... just huge amount of spam. No idea how to delete this! Thanks for help!
I haven't tried this yet, but I wonder if I rename the picture with the offending comments, reorder the gallery, and re-upload will the offending comments go away?
So appreciated if anyone could offer a solution... I get the same server error as previous poster when loading the admin settings feature. I am getting spam notices in this galerie 2-3 times a week now. Long long long ones. I may have to completely redo thus site this fall if we can’t delete it. Thank you anyone for help.
