Galerie with Mac OS X 10.7 jhead is PowerPC

Hello,
Galerie does not work with Mac OS X 10.7 because the jhead binary in the application bundle is still PowerPC only.
I replaced the version of jhead with the Intel bundle found here:
http://www.sentex.net/~mwandel/jhead/
Galerie again works, but the precompiled binary on that page is Intel only (it would break PPC support unless the devs compiled from source to be universal).

Is there a compiled version of Galerie for intel (10.7)? Where can I get it?
