E-mails non reçus

 
 
Depuis environ 15 jours, et ce jusqu'au 25 septembre au moins, les mails contenant les codes d'enregistrement que nous envoyions à des boîtes aux lettres à orange.fr, wanadoo.fr, laposte.net et sfr.fr n'étaient pas reçus, ou alors classés en courriers indésirable.
 
Vu de notre coté, ces mails étaient reçus par le serveur en face, qui ne générait pas de message d'erreur.
 
Cela semble être dû à une mauvaise configuration d'un anti-spam qui serait commun à tous ces opérateurs. Par sécurité, nous avons renvoyé une copie des mails d'origine à toutes les personnes potentiellement concernées.
 
Dans tous les cas, il est important, si l'un de nos messages atterrit dans votre dossier "Courrier indésirable", "spam" ou "junk", d'utiliser l'option de signalement d'une erreur de classement, si elle est disponible. Cela permet de spécifier au programme anti-spam qu'il doit corriger ses paramètres. Nombre d'entre eux fonctionnent par apprentissage, et ne peuvent donc améliorer leur classement que si on les prévient de leurs erreurs.
