Hi, the software its awesome (im trying) because now i can change the pdf (i lost a lot of xml original files) to music format. The issue is when i open the xml that i convert in PDF Music Pro in Sibelius, i have a weird format. Its suppose to be music notation and tablature for an instrument with GDAEB tuning (5 strings). Can you tell me how to fix that? Im testing but im very interest. Thanks!

Would you attach the .xml - and the PDF ? (best joint them in a zip).

With which software was the PDF generated?

I don't know if tablatures are sufficiently standardized and defined in xml to hope for a good efficiency.

Hello,
I've just tried downloading your .pdf file. After analyzing it with Pdf2Music, I got an .xml file which I imported into Harmony Assistant. It seems to work well (apart from a "short" measure resulting from a key change and a number not recognized on the tablature) I attach the .myr file (can be opened with HA, even in a trial version) As I can attach only one file, I'll attach the .xml file to my next post.

Here is the .xml file generated by HA. I had to change its extension to .mxl as the forum doesn't accept .xml attachments. Hope it will work...

I thought it wasn't a guitar, but I don't know what instrument the tablature is supposed to match. Anyway, I'll try have a look at the custom tuning.

Both, actually. I analyze the .pdf with PDFTM pro and import the result itno HA. There, I can define the tuning and export the score to an xml file.
