Gold Base wont register

Had a crash and reinstalled Win 8.1, Harmony Assistant, Omer, Singer et al.
 
Obtained a link for Gold Base and downloaded it twice. Each time it said it was installed...but I cannot find it and it will not show up in the Sound Base configuration.
 
Can anyone help?

Thank you. I had trouble with installing it in the default folder for some reason.
So I reinstalled it in a new folder and it now works.
